Campaign: A total of 24 games are in Season 1, two released per week, all included in the price of the console. Games released per week are kept secret until the week it’s released, revealed when automatically downloaded.

Have you had the chance at a developer preview of Panic’s Playdate yet? What did you think about the game console, its overall manufacturing, the crank, production of the titles, overall gameplay, difficulty, story, soundtrack and cinematography on the Sharp, ePaper-like LCD screen?

I created AppFlicks because I am so into streaming! What excites me most, is that Panic is offering a truly differentiated product. They have manufactured a handheld, mobile gaming console that is truly about all-about streaming as they are rolling-out, just like a streaming series, 24 game titles in Season 1, two released per week, all included in the price of the console. Games released per week, will be kept secret until the week it is released, revealed, only once the titles are downloaded to your device, automatically. This is what AppFlicks is all about! We are both intrigued by the truly streaming Game Titles and of course, the crank!!!

I look forward to your JoulePepper rating of Panic’s Playdate handheld console, it’s 24, Season 1 streaming titles and I would so love to read your comments in the JouleView section, below. Based on what I’ve seen previewed online, so far, I give this concept a 5 JoulePeppers – it looks to be totally Spicy!

NOTE: Until I get my hands on one, however, play a few of the Season 1 titles, we’ll have to wait to see how the Playdate really is.

BTW: If anyone from Panic is reading this pre-JouleView, please send us a Playdate, AppFlicks will readily document the roll-out of each of the titles, twice per week, as well as the console, the crank, the accessories and the ecosystem…
