While Mando was best part of a schizophrenic Book of Boba Fett Series, S3 is least compelling of Din Djarin & Grogu’s adventures, mainly because they are somewhat absent, from their own D+ Series…

Synopsis: “Beginning five years after the events of Return of the Jedi (1983) and the fall of the Galactic Empire, The Mandalorian follows Din Djarin, a lone Mandalorian bounty hunter in the outer reaches of the galaxy. He is hired by remnant Imperial forces to retrieve the child Grogu, but instead goes on the run to protect the infant. While looking to reunite Grogu with his kind, they are pursued by Moff Gideon, who wants to use Grogu’s connection to the Force. The duo then travel to Mandalore so Din Djarin can redeem himself for the transgression of removing his helmet.”

If you happen to follow me on Twitter at all, you already know that I was highly critical of Season 3 of The Mandalorian on first viewing, however, after 6 months to get over my disappointment, I had the chance to watch it again as I prep for the August 23, 2023, Disney+ release date, for the all-new, spin-off…Ahsoka.

I look forward to your JoulePepper rating of Season 3 of The Mandalorian (2023) and I would love to read your comments in the JouleView section, below. At first watch, I’d have given this Season a 2.5 it was cool to lukewarm at best. Yet after a second viewing, based on the above, I give S3 of this Star Wars streaming spin-off series 3.5 JoulePeppers – it’s almost Hot!
