Axie Infinity… And Beyond?
Is it still a good time to buy the Axie Infinity game?
This is a play to earn cryptocurrency game developed by Sky Mavis. It is a pokemon inspired game where players breed, raise and battle Axies. Its cryptocurrency AXS soar by more than 500% that is making me think that it may soon go down specially, when new games come out and knock it off its top spot. To name few are Cryptoblades and Binamon. Axie Infinity game has been around since 2017 and took off only recently. As of this writing, lowest cost of good Axie team that contains 3 characters is around $2,000. Yes, you need to buy 3 Axies before you can play the game. Bear in mind that you should be into gaming and actively playing this game to earn SLP. It has its own economy that is thriving.
There were some issues encountered like outage due to congestion. Right now they are under maintenance and having server problems due to high volume of users. Well, high volume of users is a good news and they are quick to respond having server maintenance.
I wanted to buy and join the Axie gamers but I’m still having second thoughts that I could be buying at the end of this hype. Any thoughts?
