Full Review: Cooking Madness-Kitchen Frenzy is one of those games which tests your ability to multi-task and perform under time pressure while fulfilling orders in your restaurant. It can get really stressful at times, having to prepare the different orders while trying to meet the goal of each level!

Have you played Cooking Madness-Kitchen Frenzy before? What did you think about the game, its overall production, gameplay, difficulty, plot, casting, soundtrack and cinematography?

As the name suggests, this is a cooking game which ‘guides’ you to prepare dishes using different ingredients. There are a few typical goals for each level – to earn a set amount of coins/money, serve a set number of dishes or get a set number of ‘likes’ from customers. Some of these come with a time limit so you really have to hustle at times.

The game starts you out slow at the beginning of each stage by guiding you through how to prepare a dish. As you continue through the stage, or what they call new restaurant, the level of difficulty increases. This comes in the form of new ingredients added to the dishes, additional dishes or simply a higher number of coins required or a higher number of dishes to be served etc…

There are a number of boosters in the game. Coins earned can be used to upgrade your kitchen equipment – this reduces the cook time and allow you to prepare more dishes. Coins can also be used to upgrade the ingredients, which will boost the price of your dishes. In addition, you also earn diamonds for clearing levels and the diamonds can be used to buy boosters such as instant cook (no wait time to prepare dishes) and double coins (double your profit). There are a number of such boosters and I find that sometimes it is necessary to use these boosters to clear a level.

During game play, there are new bonus challenges that are introduced every couple of days, so it keeps the game interesting. One of the things that I find really annoying is the sheer number of ads that pop up throughout the play. It is not possible to skip the ads and they pop up after EVERY level, regardless of whether you clear the level or not. This was a huge annoyance for me.

I look forward to your JoulePepper rating of Cooking Madness-Kitchen Frenzy and I would love to read your comments in the JouleView section, below. It is a pretty addictive game, especially when you are clearing levels one after another, and you will likely feel a sense of satisfaction as you clear the levels, and want to challenge yourself further. The concept is similar to Cooking Mama except that you play solo here and just focus on preparing dishes and no other tasks in the kitchen. Overall a fun game, especially when you are trying to kill time and add some “kick” to your gaming. Based on the above, I give this game 4 JoulePeppers – it’s Hot!

I’ve played games with same concept diner dash and overcooked and they are both exciting!😃 I’m sure this game is also amazing except for the ads that appear each level. Indeed so annoying. I stopped playing games that are having many ads. You should try overcooked. We can play online.😁 it’s fun to play with friends as a team. So stressful yet fun. LOL
